- We currently ship across India
- International shipping may be introduced in the future
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro and remote areas: 5–8 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
Cancellation Policy
At Mei’al, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth order processing.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Cancellation Confirmation
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a confirmation will be shared via email or SMS
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered

Right to Cancel
